Lindsay Michael (Biggs) is scattered throughout the Triton volleyball record book as a three-time All-American, the only multiple time All-American in program history. She earned AVCA third-team honors her sophomore year before collecting second-team accolades as a junior. She was tabbed to the honorable mention team as a senior. She led the squad to three NCAA Tournament appearances, including the program's only Sweet 16 appearance in 2011. She was also selected to the CoSIDA Academic All-American Third Team in 2012, the first volleyball player in Eckerd history to garner the honor and just the fifth student-athlete all-time in departmental history.Â
Michael (Biggs) was a five-time all-region honoree, garnering three AVCA first-team accolades in 2011, 2012, and 2013. She received Daktronics All-Region Second Team honors in 2011 and first-team laurels in 2012.Â
She received Sunshine State Conference First Team honors in her last three seasons and was tabbed to the all-freshman team in 2010.Â
Over her career, she appeared in 120 matches, tallying 1,496 kills, 1,326 digs, 207 blocks, 119 aces, and 60 double-doubles. She ranks second in program career records, while her digs rank sixth. In single-season records, she ranks eighth in kills in 2012 with 417 and 10th in kills per set in 2012 with 3.50.Â
She was also tabbed to the SSC All-Decade First Team in 2020, First Team CoSIDA Academic All-District in 2012, and was a two-time SSC Offensive Player of the Week.Â
