ST. PETERSBURG -- A trio of Tritons have been named to the Triton Invite All-Tournament Team following Eckerd's 3-0 performance on Friday and Saturday.
Kinga Michalska was named the tournament Co-MVP after hitting .409 over the weekend at 3.5 kills per set. The senior posted double-digit kills in two of the three matches, including 14 in the 3-0 sweep of Indianapolis. Michalska also added five blocks, nine service aces, and 23 digs.
Gabi Jedrzejczak was an All-Tournament Team selection after posting 62 assists over the three contests, including 31 in the three-set win over Indy. She added 11 kills on 19 attempts for an attack percentage of .305. Jedrzejczak also added eight digs and an ace.Â
Hayden Nash was the third selection on All-Tournament Team. She finished with 21 kills and eight total blocks over the three matches, five of which were solo. Against Indy, Nash posted eight kills on 14 swings to go with three blocks.
