ST. PETERSBURG, Fla - Four Tritons - Christian Cabina, Luis Garrido, Nate Norwood, and Zade Stark - were selected to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team as announced by the organization on Tuesday, June 3
Christian Cabina, from Valrico, Florida, holds a 3.56 grade-point average in business administration. He appeared in 39 games, posting a .288 batting average. He added 26 RBIs, ranking second on the team.
Luis Garrido, from Bradenton, Florida, maintains a 3.88 GPA in business administration. He appeared in 48 games with a .309 batting average. He led the team in runs (34) and hits (60).
Nathan Norwood, from Tarpon Springs, Florida, holds a 3.6 GPA in marketing. He made 13 appearances on the mound, tossing 48.1 innings. He posted one win and 26 strikeouts.
Zade Stark, from Lake Worth, Florida, boasts a 3.65 grade-point average in business administration. He played in 42 games with 37 starts with a .307 batting average. He added a team-leading 37 RBIs.
The 2025 Academic All‐District® Baseball Team, selected by CSC, recognizes the nation's top student‐athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Student-athletes must carry a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher in order to qualify for selection. The CSC Academic All‐America® program separately recognizes baseball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
