MIAMI SHORES, Fla. - The Eckerd men's golf team produced their lowest round of the season with a 291 in the second round, placing 16th at the Battle at the Shores at the Normandy Golf Club on Monday and Tuesday. 
Eckerd carded rounds of 309-291-298 for a three-round total of 898.
	- DiZinno led Eckerd on par-4s with a 4.09 average. 
- DiZinno led the Tritons with nine birdies while adding 34 pars. 
	- Darby and DiZinno led Eckerd on par-5s with a 4.98 average. 
- Darby led Eckerd with 35 pars while adding four birdies. 
	- Van Dusen carded 35 pars, second on the squad, while adding three birdies. 
	- Zizzo added 27 pars and six birdies. 
	- Kusserow led Eckerd on par-3s with a 3.17 average. 
- He added 24 pars and six birdies. 
NOTES AND NUMBERS 
	- Eckerd's second round 291 is a season-low and the lowest round since carding a 290 on September 16, 2019. 
- Kusserow's second-round 72 is a career-low. 
- Nova Southeastern won the team title with a 17-under 835. 
- Alex Heck of Saint Leo won the individual title with a 10-under 203.
