Tritons Compete at Jay Jennison Cup

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - The Eckerd men's golf team placed 13th at the Jay Jennison Cup at the Slammer & Squire Golf Course on Monday and Tuesday. 

Eckerd carded rounds of 310-299-302 for a three-round total of 911.

Josh DiZinno (78-74-73) T46

• DiZinno carded six birdies and 20 pars. 
• He registered an eagle on hole No. 18 in the second round. 

Nicholas Zizzo (77-72-76) T46

• Zizzo posted Eckerd's lowest round of the event with a second round 72. 
• Zizzo added six birdies and 21 pars. 

Andrew Demuth (79-76-76) T59

• Demuth carded 22 pars and four birdies. 

Shane Darby (78-77-77) 66th 

• Darby added 22 pars and three birdies. 

Tyler Van Dusen (78-81-79) 71st

• Van Dusen added 19 pars. 

NOTES AND NUMBERS 

• Trey Tesiero of Palm Beach Atlantic won the event with a 206. 
• Palm Beach Atlantic won the team title with a 23-under 284. 
• Van Dusen made his collegiate debut.
