RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Hannah Taylor of Eckerd softball was named a 2026 All-American for the second time on Wednesday, this time landing Third Team recognition from D2CCA.
Fresh off earning her second straight NFCA All-American accolade, the First Team All-SSC selection capped off her illustrious career with the Tritons starting all 46 games for Eckerd in 2026, playing various positions that included catcher, first base, and shortstop to land her First Team All-Conference and All-Region honors. She ranked second on the team with a .425 average and finished with a single-season school record 21 doubles to go with 12 home runs and 66 RBI, which is also a single-season program record. Taylor ranked in the top five in seven statistical categories in the SSC, and led the league in RBI and doubles. She was SSC Player of the Week four times this season and earned All-Region from both the NFCA and D2CCA.
