Women's golf selected for first-ever NCAA Regionals appearance

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – For the first time in its program's history, Eckerd women's golf is heading to the postseason after qualifying for the South Regional in an announcement by the NCAA on Sunday evening. 

Eckerd sits ranked No. 22 in the nation by Clippd and recently saw three golfers finish inside the top 25 at the SSC Championship at Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, Fla. As a team, the Tritons have three top-five finishes and six inside the top six this season.

Eckerd will compete at Cleveland Country Club in Cleveland, Tenn. from May 4-6.
