ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Three Tritons -
Catherine Cole,
Kylie Misdorp, and
Maya Soligo- were selected to the College Sports Communicators All-District Team as announced by the organization on Tuesday, May 13.
Misdorp garners her third selection to the CSC Academic All-District Team while Soligo and Cole collect their first career accolades.
Cole, from Fort Smith, Arkansas, maintains a 3.81 grade point average in psychology. She posted an 8-3 mark in singles action, playing out of the No. 3, 4, and 5 positions. She added a 7-11 mark in doubles action in the No. 1 and 2 spots. She was named to the SSC Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll last year.
Misdorp, from Durban, South Africa, boasts a 3.87 GPA in Biology and Psychology. She posted a 10-8 mark out of the No. 2 singles slot, with a 7-12 mark in the No. 1 and 2 doubles position. She is a three-time recipient of the SSC Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll and a two-time recipient of the D2ADA Academic Achievement Award.
Soligo, from Quebec, Canada, holds a 3.6 grade-point average in International Business. She adds a 7-7 mark in singles play, playing out of the No. 3-6 positions. She adds a 2-8 mark in doubles action out of the No. 2 spot. She was tabbed to the SSC Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll and D2ADA Academic Achievement Award.
The 2025 Academic All‐District® Tennis Team, selected by CSC, recognizes the nation's top student‐athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Student-athletes must carry a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher in order to qualify for selection. The CSC Academic All‐America® program separately recognizes tennis honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
