ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Kylie Misdorp was selected to the College Sports Communicators All-District Team as announced by the organization on Tuesday, May 14.
Misdorp, who was named to the CSC Academic All-District Team last year, has garnered her second selection to the team with a 3.84 GPA in Biology and Psychology.
Misdorp, from Durban, South Africa, ranked second on the team in wins with 10 out of the No. 1 slot while adding eight doubles wins in the No. 2 spot. She helped guide Eckerd to its most wins in a season since 2006.
The 2024 Academic All‐District® Tennis Team, selected by CSC, recognizes the nation's top student‐athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Student-athletes must carry a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher in order to qualify for selection. The CSC Academic All‐America® program separately recognizes tennis honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
