MELBOURNE, Fla. - The Eckerd fall athletic programs placed 38 student-athletes on the 2021 SSC Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll, released by the conference office on Friday, February 4.
A record total of 802 student-athletes were named to the honor roll from the 11 schools. It is the ninth consecutive record-breaking fall for the SSC Honor Roll.Â
To be eligible for the Fall SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll, a student-athlete must post a minimum grade-point average of 3.20 on a scale of 4.00. Participants in the sports of men's and women's cross country, men's and women's soccer, and volleyball were eligible for the fall honor roll.Â
This fall, EC produced a 3.18 department GPA and received the Presidents' Award for Academic Excellence for the 11th year in a row with an Academic Success Rate of 94 percent.Â
