WEEKEND RECAP
- Eckerd fell two games to one last weekend at Palm Beach Atlantic. The Tritons won the finale, 6-2, as Dillon McCollough pitched a complete game for the second straight week. Chase Achuff followed in the second doubling in Garrett Hiott. Daniel Autiello and Sam Cochrane both brought in runs in the seventh with doubles. Cochrane scored later in the seventh on an error. Autiello drove in the final run with a shot to right in the ninth inning.
- The Tritons lost the series opener by a score of 9-1. The lone run scored in the second inning coming across on an errant throw. In Saturday's opener, Eckerd started strong scoring two runs in the first off of Cochrane's single to left. The Tritons, however, were kept off the board the rest of the game falling, 7-2.
