After WIU jumped ahead 1-0 in the fourth, Eckerd tied the game in the bottom of the fifth on an RBI single by Joey LaRose.

But Goldstein helped the visitors quickly regain the lead with an RBI single in the sixth. The Warriors grabbed a two-run cushion in the eighth on Pascente's RBI single to left.
