MIAMI SHORES, Fla. – The Eckerd College softball team had its struggles on Sunday, as host-Barry swept a doubleheader at Buccaneer Field.
The Bucs won the first game 16-0 before closing out a weekend sweep with a 7-4 victory in Game Two.
Jessica Tabor had four hits and seven RBIs, including two home runs for Barry (18-4, 6-0 Sunshine State Conference). Grace Collins went 5-for-6 with three runs scored, as the Bucs extended their win streak to 15 games.
The Tritons will travel to Webber International for a 3 p.m. doubleheader on Wednesday.
