Women's Tennis Suffers Loss in Back Draw Match to Florida Tech

Lakeland, Fla. - The Eckerd women's tennis team fell to No. 21 Florida Tech during a back draw match of the Sunshine State Conference Tournament on Friday afternoon at the Beerman Tennis Facility in Lakeland, Florida.  The Panthers defeated the Tritons 5-0, sweeping Eckerd in doubles play and taking two victories in singles action.

The Tritons (3-13) will square off against the winner of the Saint Leo/Nova Southeastern match tomorrow for seventh place.  Match is set to start at 2:00 pm.
