ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - The Eckerd Tritons (19-28) split a non-conference doubleheader with the Flagler Saints (14-27) on Tuesday afternoon, winning game one by a score of 3-2 before falling in game two, 2-1. In winning game one, the Tritons have tied a program record for wins in a single season.

Janielle Sedoris started the Tritons off with a two-run double while

Flagler plated both of its runs in the fifth, capitalizing on an Eckerd error to score two unearned runs, making it 3-2.

In game two, the scored in the first, once again, via an RBI single by

It would be the only run the Tritons would score, however, as Flagler starter Sam Boatner went the distance allowing just the one run on three hits and four walks while striking out eight.
Flagler would tie the game in the third before taking the lead in the sixth as Boatner helped her own cause with an RBI single.
