TAMPA, Fla. -- The Eckerd Tritons men's track team competed in two events Friday night at the Spartans Classic in Tampa.
Renn Telles posted double personal bests on Friday, posting a time of 4:22.64 in the 1500m to begin the night. Telles clocked a time of 2:06.23 in the 800m for a PR, while
Marcus Kennedy won his heat in the same event and finished sixth overall with a time of 1:56.44, also good for a personal best.
Mikkel Paulson shaved six seconds off his time in the same event to notch a PR time of 2:14.35.
Eckerd will be back in action March 28 for the Shark Invitational hosted by Nova Southeastern.Â
