Tritons Earn ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award

GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Eckerd baseball team has been recognized by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) as a recipient of the annual Team Academic Excellence Award. 

The ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award honors high school and college programs that posted a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale for the entire 2024-25 academic year.

The honor is the fifth in program history for the Tritons after posting a 3.24 GPA. EC finished the season 10-38 and 5-24 in Sunshine State Conference play.
