WINTER PARK, Fla. - The Eckerd women's basketball team dominated from the outset, securing a 69-38 road victory over Rollins on Wednesday night at the Alfond Sports Center.

The Tritons opened strong, knocking down four 3-pointers in the first quarter to establish an 18-9 lead. The second quarter saw a balanced attack from Eckerd, with Ieva Korzane and Lisa Michaelsen leading the charge from beyond the arc. The Tritons capitalized on the Tars' mistakes, converting 12 points off turnovers in the opening half. Despite a brief push from Rollins, the Tritons extended their advantage to 32-19 at the intermission.

Eckerd put the game out of reach in the third quarter, outscoring Rollins 23-9. The Tritons shot 57.1 percent from the field in the period, with Jaylen Ostenson and Chance Bucher fueling the offensive surge.
