TAMPA, Fla.- The Eckerd volleyball team fell in straight sets in a road Sunshine State Conference match-up at No. 9 Tampa Tuesday night.
Tampa used a pair of early runs to distance themselves in the first set. However, Eckerd rallied at set point, rolling off five consecutive points before falling 25-19. UT used an 11-1 run midway through the second before winning, 25-12, and cruised in the final set, 25-14.
