KEY MOMENTS

  • Florida Southern got on the board first in the 26th minute after Cali Larson worked around a defender in the box and shot to the low right post for the goal.
  • The Tritons nearly equalized late in the half as Sophia Kopko's header off Paula Astiazaran's corner was turned back by Mocs keeper Tori Routt in the 40th minute.
  • Longmore gave the Tritons another two quality looks in the 65th and 68th minutes but Routt was there for the save both times.
  • Caitlyn Lowery added to the Mocs' score in the 75th minute. Casey Winn came out to clear a through ball, but Lowery hustled in and deflected the clearance.  She gathered the ball and shot into the left corner of the empty net.
