ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – The Eckerd College women's softball team (9-17, 0-4) fell to conference opponent Florida Southern (11-8, 3-4) 13-1 Friday night at the Turley Athletic Facility.
Mocs junior Brittany Martin went 3-for-4 and drove in four runs. Martin hit a solo home run in the top of the fourth inning.

Chelsea Jeffares scored the lone run for the Tritons off a RBI single from freshman
Ashleigh Bynum in the bottom of the fourth inning.
