BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Eckerd College men's soccer team fell to Lynn University, 1-0, on Tuesday afternoon, marking just the squad's second conference loss of the season.
"We faced a very strong Lynn squad tonight," EC Head Coach Steve Magee said. "I felt like our team worked very hard but we had trouble breaking down their defense."
The Fighting Knights (8-4, 4-2 SSC) took the early lead in the sixth minute of the game, as Harald Gracholski scored his sixth goal of the season off a corner kick.
The Tritons (8-4-1, 2-2-1 SSC) managed a season-low three total shots, with junior

Toni Virtanen had seven saves on the day.
The Tritons will next play host to the University of Tampa for Senior Night on Monday, Oct. 17, at 7 p.m.
