Becky Clark joined Eckerd College in August 2019 and currently serves as Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations and Compliance, as well as the department's Senior Woman Administrator. As the department's lead for NCAA compliance, academic support, business operations, and budgeting, Clark also plays a key role on the athletics senior leadership team. She serves as a sports administrator for baseball, men's and women's tennis, sailing, and softball.

As SWA, Clark leads initiatives focused on student-athlete well-being, development, leadership, and equity and serves as the department's Title IX coordinator. She serves as a voting member on the Intercollegiate Athletics Committee and is the staff advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), which has led impactful initiatives, including alumni networking events, local volunteering, a mental health advocacy campaign through Morgan's Message, and a wheelchair basketball clinic promoting adaptive sports. 

Clark created the Triton Together Peer Mentoring Program, launching in 2024-25, aimed at improving student-athlete retention and leadership development. In its pilot, the program contributed to a 28 percent increase in department-wide retention.

Nationally, Clark was selected to the NCAA's 2024-25 Pathway Program, one of 21 administrators across all three divisions chosen for the premier leadership initiative preparing future athletic directors. 

She is also a graduate of the NCAA Leadership Academy Workshop (LAW) and the NCAA/D2 ADA Women and Minorities Mentoring Program.
In May 2025, she was recognized with the NCAA Division II Emerging Leader Award.

She represents Eckerd on multiple NCAA and Sunshine State Conference committees, including the DII Strategic Alliance Matching Grant Committee, Eligibility Center DII Advisory Group, the Women's Basketball Regional Advisory Committee, and the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC) DII Committee. 

She also annually organizes Eckerd's programming for National Girls and Women In Sports Day and launched Eckerd's Chi Alpha Sigma academic honor society. 

She joined the Tritons staff as the Internal Operations Coordinator in 2019 before being promoted to Assistant Athletic Director of Internal Operations in August 2021, where she was also named Eckerd's Senior Woman Administrator. She was elevated once again to Associate Athletic Director, Internal Operations and Compliance/Senior Woman Administrator in March 2024. 

Clark began her career as a standout student-athlete at Fredonia State (NY), where she still holds multiple basketball records, including career points (1604), points in a game (44), points in a season (538), career scoring average (16.9), and career field goals made (592). She earned WBCA Honorable Mention All-American, Capital One Academic All-District Team, Josten's Award Finalist, and CoSIDA Academic All-American awards.  

She was inducted into the Fredonia Athletics Hall of Fame in 2024 and the Hilton High School Athletics Hall of Fame in 2018. 

She earned a B.S. in Adolescent Math Education from Fredonia and an M.S. in Athletic Administration from Ohio University. Before joining Eckerd, she taught high school math and coached basketball and track for five years.

Clark lives in St. Petersburg with her husband, Tyrone, and their son, Tristan.
