Biography

2012-13 (Junior): Named to the SSC Commissioner’s Spring Honor Roll…Played in 14 of 28 games while fighting through an injury…Second on the team in points scored (354)…Averaged 8.2 points per game, including a season-high 22 points in the conference opener against Nova Southeastern University (Jan. 5)…Grabbed a season-best eight rebounds against Paine (Ga.) College (Dec. 2) and averaged 2.9 rebounds per game…Was an impressive 35-for-40 (.875) from the free-throw line, including a perfect 9-for-9 performance against the University of Tampa (Jan. 9)…Scored in double figures for five straight games spanning mid-December to mid-January…Scored 14 points to assist the Tritons in a win over No. 20 University of Tampa (Jan. 9).

2011-12 (Sophomore): Made presence felt with the program as he played in 20 games during the season…Averaged 8.4 points per game, including a season-high 15 in the Tritons’ opening-round win over the University of West Georgia (March 10)…Also pulled down a personal-best seven rebounds against the Wolves in the same game…Scored in double figures for three straight games following his season debut and four of the last five games to end the year…Netted 10 points in his first EC start against Brock University (Dec. 30) and another start against Palm Beach Atlantic University (Jan. 14).

Prior to Eckerd: Scored 2,025 points during his four-year career at P.K. Yonge High School...Averaged 21 points, 10 rebounds and three assists in his senior season and 22 points, seven rebounds and three assists as a junior...Led his team to a second-place finish at the 2008 State Championships and to the 2008 Regional Championship...Named North Central Florida 3A Player of the Year as a senior...Two-time Gainesville Sun Area Player of the Year…Runner-up in the North Central Florida 3A Player of the Year voting as a junior and selected to the State Championships All-Tournament Team...Helped The Rock School to a second-place finish in the 1A State Championships in his sophomore season.
