2022-23 (Freshman): Appeared in three games on the season… made his first career basket against North Georgia on December 18.

Prior to Eckerd: Played basketball and tennis at Santa Fe Catholic High School and Mckeel Academy of Technology… Received first-team All-County honors and was the leading scorer for basketball… Was the tennis team MVP. 

Personal: Son of Kenny and Jennie Ellis... Has three siblings; Coleman, Connor, and Kobe… Favorite athlete is Tiger Woods… Favorite team is the Milwaukee Bucks.
