MIAMI SHORES, Fla. - The Eckerd women's tennis team fell to No. 3 Barry, 4-0 on Saturday afternoon.
The Tritons (8-7) fell to No. 3 Barry (14-1) as the Buccaneers swept the doubles point and took three singles matches to clinch the win.
Olivia Lindestaf fought hard in the No. 1 singles, narrowly falling to the No. 3 ranked player in the nation, Alina Michalitsch 7-5 in set one. Their match was unfinished while being tied 1-1 in set two.
Eckerd remains on the road tomorrow facing off against Nova Southeastern at 10:00 AM.
