Women's tennis wraps up final fall tournament

LAKELAND, Fla. -- The Eckerd women's tennis team wrapped up its fall schedule at the Florida Southern Invitational.

Maialen Idiakez earned a victory in singles with a three-set win over her opponent from Saint Leo. She took the first set in a tiebreaker 7-6 before earning the match win with a 10-5 decision in the third-set tiebreaker. Olivia Lindestaf took down her opponent from HCC in three sets, winning the first 6-1 before taking the third with a commanding 10-2 final.

In doubles, Lindestaf and Catherine Cole won over HCC by a score of 7-6.
