Tritons Drop Road Contest at Palm Beach Atlantic

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A pair of goals in each half by the Sailfish was the difference as the Eckerd men's soccer team dropped its road contests at Palm Beach Atlantic 2-0 on Saturday evening.

PBA scored in the 11th minute as Tin Vastic's shot knocked off the post and into the back of the net. Eckerd picked up the pressure in the 28th minute, registering four shots on frame during a 10-minute stretch. However, EC was unable to convert, entering the half down 1-0.

The Tritons had a few opportunities in the second half but were unable to place a shot on frame. The Sailfish added another goal in the 88th minute to seal the 2-0 win.
