Tritons Play to Draw With West Alabama

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Shots were at a premium at Johnson Field on Friday night as the Eckerd men's soccer team played to a 0-0 draw with West Alabama. 

Neither team could generate a quality look on goal in the opening half. Both teams had chances early in the second stanza. The Tigers had a shot hit off the post in the 56th minute, and Eckerd had several opportunities following consecutive corner kicks in the 65th minute. Lynden Dawson and the Eckerd defense turned back two shots late in the 75th and 78th minutes as the teams played to a draw.
