LAKELAND, Fla. - The Triton volleyball team produced an all-around dominant performance with a 3-0 victory at Florida Southern Tuesday night.
FSC jumped out to a 12-9 lead in the opening set before EC went on a 7-2 run to take a two-point favor. The Tritons stayed in front the rest of the way to claim the stanza 25-21. The Moccasins jumped out to a slim favor in the second frame, but a late six-point run gave EC the lead before winning the set, 26-24. Eckerd maintained a lead throughout the final stanza to win the match, 25-20.

- EC has eclipsed the 20-win mark for the first time since 2013.
- Joelle Coulter led the Triton offense with a 19-kill, 16-dig double-double while hitting .350 percent.
- Krysten Garrison posted her second triple-double of the season with 36 assists, 17 digs, and 10 kills while hitting .409 percent. She is one of just 14 Division II players with multiple triple-doubles this season.
- Stella Antypa and Ashley Eck nearly posted double-doubles as well. Antypa posted a career-high 19 digs and added seven kills, while Eck added 16 digs and nine assists.
- Eckerd hit .245 in the match, with a .302 hitting percentage in the opening set.
- EC's 81 digs in the match are a season-high.
