FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Tommy Shepherd added a goal early for the Tritons, but the Eckerd men's soccer team fell, 7-1, Saturday night at Nova Southeastern.
NSU scored early with a goal in the ninth minute by Theo Oherwall. However, the Tritons equalized four minutes later on a rebound goal by Shepherd. Nick Brisevac gave the Sharks back the lead in the 30th minute on a free kick. Nova Southeastern added a goal two minutes later for a 3-1 Sharks advantage. Milos Christoforou added his second goal of the night in the 40th minute as Nova took a 4-1 lead at intermission.
Tommy Maguire gave Nova Southeastern a 5-1 favor in the 52nd minute. The Sharks added another pair of goals in the 64th and 69th minutes.
