Nova Southeastern's offense came alive in the second half, as the Sharks answered with a penalty kick by Louise Matsgard in the 53rd minute. Five minutes later, Matsgard broke through once more, giving the Sharks a 2-1 lead. NSU's Sydni Bostick added an insurance goal in the 79th minute.
