Tritons Finish Road Swing With Loss at Alabama-Huntsville

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Early goals by the University of Alabama in Huntsville put the Eckerd men's soccer team in a deficit from which it could not recover as the Chargers handed the Tritons a 3-1 loss on Sunday afternoon.

HOW IT ENDED

Records: Eckerd 2-2-1, UAH 2-2

QUOTABLE
"We suffered physically today. It's been a poorly constructed schedule of traveling and Friday's game took the edge off us this afternoon.  To compound that, we started really sloppy and dug ourselves into a hole that we had no legs to get out of.  We should have scored first, and then they took their first two chances.  Sometimes it's a simple as that." - EC head coach Ian Cameron

UP NEXT
The Tritons return to Johnson Field for their final non-conference contest of the season on Wednesday, September 12, hosting Johnson & Wales (Fla.) at 7:00 PM.
