ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - The Eckerd women's soccer team will face its third ranked opponent of the season on Saturday as the Tritons travel to face No. 15 Embry-Riddle (Fla.) at 6:00 PM.

GAME 10: Eckerd (5-4, 1-2 SSC) vs. Embry-Riddle (4-1-1) | 6:00 PM | Daytona Beach, Fla.

LOW SCORES: More often than not this season, the Tritons have found themselves in low-scoring contests.  Six of the team's nine matches have finished with a score of 1-0; Eckerd is 3-3 in those games.  Two of those 1-0 wins came over nationally-ranked opponents: No. 18 North Alabama on September 4 and No. 14 Florida Tech on September 17.

STOP 'EM COLD: Eckerd freshman Casey Winn has been stellar in goal this season.  The native of Fort Myers leads the conference in saves (47) and is second in save percentage (.839) and shutouts (3).

ABOUT EMBRY-RIDDLE: The Eagles, still in transition from NAIA to NCAA Division II, rolled off wins in their first four matches of the season to break into the national rankings for the first time since leaving the NAIA.  ERAU is 1-1-1 against Sunshine State Competition with a win over Rollins, a loss to Barry and a draw with Nova Southeastern.  Defense has been the team's calling card this season with five shutouts in six matches.
