Tritons Trumped by No. 5 Fighting Knights

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Eckerd Tritons women's tennis team stepped onto the courts to face off with its fourth consecutive nationally ranked opponent as they visited the Lynn Fighting Knights in Boca Raton for a Sunshine State Conference contest.

The No. 5 Lynn (13-1, 2-0 SSC) squad took the match over EC (1-11, 0-4 SSC) by winning all nine points.

The Tritons' next contest is scheduled for Sunday, as the Webber International Warriors visit St. Petersburg for a rescheduled contest. The match is scheduled for an 11:00 AM start.
