LAST WEEK: It was a quieter week than what either team has been used to this season, but the rest was needed as the Tritons enter a difficult stretch in their schedules. The women's team was swept by two nationally-ranked opponents last week while the men defeated the Augustana (S.D.) Vikings, 8-1, in their sole contest of the week.

PALM BEACH ATLANTIC: The Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish have endured a difficult schedule in both men's and women's action. The men have squared off with four nationally-ranked opponents and hold an 8-1 victory over No. 50 West Liberty. A 7-2 loss to Flagler is PBA's only loss to a non-ranked opponent all season. The women have faced eight ranked opponents and hold a pair of victories in such matches. The Sailfish recorded back-to-back 5-4 victories over No. 33 Cal State L.A. and No. 17 UC San Diego. Each loss for PBA comes at the hands of ranked opponents.

LYNN: The difficult schedule that is the Sunshine State Conference resumes Friday as EC travels to Boca Raton for an early afternoon contest against the Fighting Knights. The men's program is 7-1 in its last eight matches, with five of those wins coming against nationally-ranked opponents. After dropping the second match of the season to No. 1 Armstrong State, the women's team at Lynn holds an 11-match win streak that includes victories over eight ranked opponents.

WEBBER INTERNATIONAL: The Warriors and Tritons were scheduled for a February 28 matchup before getting postponed by rain. The WIU men opened with a 0-4 record before picking up a pair of victories. The women team's 0-9 record includes 6-3 defeat by Ave Maria which EC defeated 7-2 for its only victory of the season.
