Tritons Fall in SSC Contest Against No. 7 Nova Southeastern

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – The Eckerd Tritons women's tennis team faced their second nationally-ranked opponent on the week when the Nova Southeastern Sharks visited the Bullard Courts for a Sunshine State Conference contest.

The ITA No. 7 Sharks (9-1, 1-0 SSC) proved their top ten national ranking with a 9-0 sweep over EC (1-10, 0-3 SSC) on Saturday morning.

The Tritons return to action with a non-conference dual match against provisional SSC member Palm Beach Atlantic. The contest is scheduled for Thursday, March 31 in West Palm Beach beginning at 3:30 PM.
