ABOUT THE BUCCANEERS
- Barry has been a bit of a hot-and-cold team this season, winning several games in blowout fashion but also suffering a handful of losses by large margins.  Four of the Bucs' five losses have come by 16 or more points, while seven of their wins have been by 14 or more points.
- Senior forward Amra Elezovic leads the Bucs in scoring, averaging 15.2 points per game.  The Manchester, New Hampshire, native has scored in double-figures in each of her last six games and is coming off a 20-point performance on Wednesday in a loss to Nova Southeastern.  She is nearly automatic at the free throw line, entering the game shooting 90.4 percent.
- Two other seniors, Jackie Perez and Ines Kerin, are also scoring threats in the backcourt with Kerin averaging 13.2 points per game and Perez averaging 10.7 per game.  Both are dangerous shooters from the perimeter as Kerin shoots 47.7 percent from 3-point range while Perez shoots 42.7 percent.
- Barry leads the conference in 3-point shooting at 38.8 percent, a number good enough to rank 11th in NCAA Division II.  The Bucs are 6-1 when shooting better than 40 percent from behind the arc this season.

ABOUT THE TRITONS
- Eckerd broke a two-game losing skid on Wednesday with a 77-72 overtime win over Lynn in the McArthur Center.  Ashley Folsom led EC with a career-high 26 points as the Tritons improved to 2-0 in overtime games this season.
- Folsom has emerged as a go-to player inside for the Tritons in her first season at Eckerd.  Over her last four games, the 6-foot-3 junior is averaging 17.8 points per game while shooting 58.3 percent from the field.
- Another newcomer, Anna Deegan, has also becoming more of a scoring option lately fueled by hot shooting from 3-point range.  The Bonner Springs, Kansas, native is 9-for-12 from behind the arc over Eckerd's last five games.
- The Tritons remain one of the top defenses in NCAA Division II, entering today's game ranking 49th in scoring defense (59.2 points per game) and 30th in opponent field goal percentage (35.2 percent).  Eckerd is 7-3 when holding opponents under 40 percent shooting; however, opponents have shot better than 40 percent against EC in the last three games.

LOOKING BACK
The series between the two teams last season was highly competitive with each team winning on the other's home floor.  They then faced off in the SSC tournament, with Barry squeaking out a 61-59 win in overtime.
