ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – One day after the top-ranked men visited the Turley Athletic Complex, the third-ranked Barry University women were able to defeat the Eckerd College women's tennis program on Saturday afternoon, 6-0.
The Tritons (0-4, 0-3 SSC) and Buccaneers (6-0, 5-0 SSC) were able to complete their series of doubles contests and finish three singles matches before steady rainfall in the early afternoon hours left the courts unplayable.
