Box Score ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - In a heartbreaking match, the Eckerd College women's soccer team fell to No. 13 Rollins College on Saturday afternoon, 3-2.
The game was very physical as both teams fought until the final minute.
Rollins jumped out to an early lead in the ninth minute as the ball found the back of the net, making the score 1-0.

Hannah Peterson was all it took for Peterson to drive the ball past Rollins goalkeeper as Eckerd evened the score, 1-1.
Both defenses worked extremely hard on the night as the game was back and forth.
In the 38
th minute, a Sportscenter worthy play occurred as
Arie Anahory sent in a corner and
Shannon Estes-Larkin jumped into the air, heading the ball into the back of the net, giving EC the lead, 2-1.
Senior goalkeeper,
Morgan Crescent, grabbed five saves on the night as the Tritons tried to fight off the Tars.
In the last 20 minutes of the match, Rollins was able to score two unanswered goals to take home the victory, 3-2.
The Tritons (7-5, 3-2) will hit the road as they are set to face the University of Tampa Spartans (10-2-2, 4-2) on Wednesday night. Match will kick off at 7 p.m.
