MIAMI SHORES, Fla. – After taking on 16th-ranked Nova Southeastern University the day prior, the Eckerd College women's tennis program continued the spring against No. 5 Barry University on Saturday afternoon, falling by a 9-0 score.
The Tritons (0-5, 0-5 SSC) had a tough time slowing down the unbeaten Buccaneers (5-0, 3-0 SSC), who earned the respective singles and doubles sweeps.

Amanda Teets earned their first singles wins against the Sharks on Friday, both were defeated in straight sets.
The Tritons will return home to the Turley Athletic Complex on Tuesday, hosting Chestnut Hill (Pa.) College for a non-conference home dual beginning at 3 p.m.
