Tennis Wraps up Weekend With Loss at PBA

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Eckerd College men's and women's tennis teams were each defeated at Palm Beach Atlantic on Sunday.
 
The men's squad fell 5-1 to the Sailfish, while the women dropped a 6-1 decision.
 
The men's lone point came at No. 3 doubles, as Erik Thunberg and Aaron Kleefield won for the second time in as many days.
 
Emmy Laing got the point on the women's side, taking a 6-3, 7-5 victory over PBA's Vicky Baca at No. 1 singles.
 
The men's team will play at Division-I Stetson at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The women will return to action at 1 p.m. on Thursday at Northwood (Fla.).
