ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – The Eckerd College men's and women's tennis teams each posted victories over visiting Bentley on Sunday at the Turley Athletic Complex.
The men's team (4-6) defeated the Falcons 8-1, while the women's team (2-6) took a 5-4 win.
The EC men swept the three doubles points before claiming five of the six singles matches. Aaron Kleefield won both his singles and doubles matches in tiebreakers, claiming a 10-8 victory in the singles tiebreaker win over Victor Suski.
Both teams will play host to Indianapolis at 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
