BRADENTON, Fla. -
Nicole Lasasso led the Eckerd Women's Golf team to a 17th-place finish against a field comprised mostly of Division I squads at the USF-Waterlefe Invitational which concluded Tuesday. Lasasso carded a three-round 234, good for an 18th overall finish.
Lasasso finished 16 strokes ahead of
Morgan Deutsch, while
Leah Colombo and
Jessica Potter rounded out the Eckerd lineup.
Georgia Gordon was also slated to participate for the Tritons but withdrew from the first round on.
Eckerd will return to the links on Monday, October 19 as it participates in the Saint Leo Invitational at Lake Jovita Country Club in Lakeland, Fla.
