Carrie Shere has been a force at the plate for Eckerd in her sophomore season, and last week was no exception.  The native of River Forest, Illinois, went 10-for-18 in five games with two home runs and five RBIs helping the Tritons to four wins.  She went 4-for-4 on Tuesday in game one of a sweep of Merrimack College, making her the first Triton this season to accumulate four hits in a game.  Her big week raised her season average to .327.  Shere leads EC in home runs (7) and RBIs (27).
