Jesse Repay

Jesse Repay joined the Tritons coaching staff in May of 2025. He is entering his first year assisting the program in the 2025-26 season.

Prior to Eckerd, Repay spent five seasons on staff at Florida College. Hw spent two seasons as an assistant, two seasons as the associate head coach and his final season as the interim head coach. During his time at FC, he helped guide the program to two Continental Athletic Conference championships, three straight NAIA National Tournament appearances, advancing to the round of 32 each time, and three straight top 25 rankings. Over his tenure, Repay led the defense to averaging 74.5 points per game allowed. 

Prior to Florida College, Repay served as an assistant coach at Eastern Oregon University. He helped lead them to a 17-14 record in the 2019-20 season. Before EOU, Repay was a graduate assistant for Tiffin University. 

Before Tiffin, Repay served two seasons as an assistant at Carroll College in Montana. In his first season with the Saints, he helped guide the team to a 29-6 record, Frontier Conference regular-season and tournament champions, the No. 1 one-seed in the NAIA Division I National Tournament, and an Elite Eight appearance. In his second year he helped guide the team to a 28-6 record, Frontier Conference regular-season and tournament champions, a number two seed in the NAIA Division I National Tournament, and a Final Sixteen Appearance. 

Repay started his coaching career at H.B. Plant High School in Tampa, Florida, where he was an assistant coach from 2013-2016. During that time Plant had a 100 percent graduation rate, two consecutive conference team GPA awards, and six collegiate scholarship athletes.

Repay graduated from Saint Joseph’s College in Indiana with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and Tiffin University with an MBA focused on Leadership and Change. He was a member of the Saint Joseph’s men’s basketball team from 2008-2012.

He, his wife Jenny, and their son Jay reside in Riverview, Fla.
