Damasco enters his second season with the Eckerd women's soccer program and his ninth overall season as a goalkeeper coach for the Tritons.

A 2014 graduate of Eckerd College, Damasco earned a bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in business administration. Following a four-year playing career as a goalkeeper for the Tritons, he joined the men's soccer coaching staff as goalkeeper coach from 2014-18 before returning for three seasons from 2022-25. He joined the women's soccer staff ahead of the 2025 season.

Throughout his coaching career at Eckerd, he has helped develop several award-winning goalkeepers, including 2015 SSC Defensive Player of the Year Alex Gott. More recently, Aidan Leak became the first player in program history to earn three SSC Defensive Player of the Week awards in a single season during 2023-24. In his first season with the women's program, Madi Winn earned three consecutive SSC Defensive Player of the Week honors as the Triton goalkeepers, Madi Winn and Zoe Brasher, allowed just five goals in SSC play, the fewest conference goals allowed in program history.
