Moon join Eckerd as an assistant coach in preparation for the 2025 season, after an impressive collegiate career at Florida Atlantic. She enters her second season for the 2026 campaign. 

She spent five seasons at FAU (2020-24), where she set the single-season wins record as a pair in the No. 2 with Marketa Svozilova with 21. She's also ranks in numerous career records: second in the career No. 2 slot in wins with 23, fourth in career winning percentage as a pair (.770), sixth in career wins as a pair, ninth in career individual wins (45), and 13th 13 in individual season wins (21). She was a two-time CUSA All-Conference honoree with first-team honors in 2023 and second-team laurels in 2024.
