Johnson Field serves as the home of the Eckerd College men’s and women’s soccer programs. Located within the Turley Athletic Complex, the facility hosts the Tritons’ home matches throughout the fall, including Sunshine State Conference competition.

The facility was officially dedicated as the Ian P. and Maureen E. Johnson Athletic Field in 2016 in recognition of Ian Johnson ’89 and his wife, Maureen. Johnson, an Eckerd alumnus and member of the College’s Board of Trustees, has been a longtime supporter of Eckerd and its athletics programs.

Directions

Enter Eckerd College through the main entrance at 4200 54th Avenue South. After entering campus, veer right at the Avenue of States turnaround and continue toward the athletics facilities. Johnson Field is located within the Turley Athletic Complex, adjacent to the Fred Bullard Courts.
