Freshman (2017): Appeared in 19 games with 11 starts in the outfield and as a designated hitter…Smacked a single for his first career hit against Ave Maria on February 15…Also swiped two bases in the game...Drew a pinch-hit, bases-loaded walk-off walk in the 10 inning against Rockhurst on March 4…Went 2-for-4 against Saint Leo on April 28 while blasting his first career home run...Hit safely in five of his last six games.

Prior to Eckerd: Prepped at Cardinal Mooney High School in Sarasota...As a senior, Hebda hit .403 with an on-base percentage of .567...Also worked on the mound as the left-hander earned the win in the championship game of the Taylor Emmons Classic Tournament.
